Cachuapapa's Computer Parts Direct Store offers the following Returns Policy:

Policy

All items are against DOA warranty.
If you find anything wrong with the item, please don't hesitate to contact us for an exchange right away.

Warranty covers replacement or repair.
Please return the item to store before we send out the replacement.
Please be advised that some keys may show normal wear. This rule is not for NEW or LIKE NEW items.
Shipping/Handling

All items are packed well.
All items will be shippied out within 1 day. This include weekends and holidays.
Combined shipping will save you $2, counting from the second one. That means, if you buy 2 keyboards, you'll save $4 on the shipping fee.
Local pickup is available. Local pickup fee is $4.

Returns

1. We will offer full refund or exchange if all the following conditions apply:

If the product is returned due to our mistake
The buyer notifies us and we approve the request for refund/exchange.
Product is returned within 15 days after we ship the order

2. We will not offer refund if any of the following conditions apply:

Product is returned incomplete
The product is returned damaged due to improper Installation, use or packing by buyer
Product is sold AS-IS

3.The S&H fees generated due to refund/exchange transaction are under the buyers expense

4.S&H fees are not refundable. No matter what reason, if the Item (s) is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for S&H again for re-shipment of the item (except if we shipped to the wrong buyer address). Please make sure your address is updated.

5.Any purchases that need to be canceled per the customers request will be subject to a Flat Cancellation Fee that is $5.00 (due to advertising and administrative costs).

Warranty

DOA warranties are in effect up to 3 days after item is received. After 3 days, sale is final. DOA warranty does not cover cost of shipping. In the event that you receive an item that you feel is defective, please thoroughly test the item before sending it back, and send us an email notifying us that you will be sending it back.
Due to the nature of online transactions with electronic parts for laptops, in order for the DOA warranty to be valid, you MUST have a certified professional install the item, and be able to prove it.
DOA Refunds/Replacements:
Once we receive the item back from you, we will verify that it is the same item we sent and then test it to make sure it is indeed defective. If the item tests good, then we will ship the same item back to you within 3 days. If it tests defective, and we have more of that item in stock, then you will be shipped a replacement. If we do not have anymore in stock, then you will be issued a refund
