In which cases I can get an exchange/refund?
There is no refund available. All sales are final.
In case you would like an exchange, due to wrong item purchased, damaged in s/h process, ect. please email us for an instruction to return the package for an exchange. The RMA# is your invoice #.
Which shipping method you use and how fast can I get the item?
We use USPS and DHL for shipping. We ship every day for previous days' orders. A tracking number will be mailed to your email address, the one that you provided in your payment. You can always email us for an inquiry for your shipment status.
Can I come pick the item up locally?
Yes you can always come pick your up items. Pickup fee is $3.
